Registration Information

If you are attending the Conference it is essential that you complete a registration form. Please read the registration information below before you complete the online form. For assistance or questions please contact us on (02) 9206 2094 or by email. PLEASE NOTE: When completing the registration form, place a number in the box – not an 'x' or a tick. For example: if you want one early bird member registration, place the number 1 in the respective box.

*To be entitled to the advertised registration fee you must have registered and paid by the official closing date for ‘Early’ or ‘Standard’ registration.

What does the registration fee include?

The full registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Delegate satchel
  • All official documentation including program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • The Broken Hill Art Gallery Welcome Reception (Thursday night)
  • Catering: Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
  • Conference Dinner (Friday night), including canapes and cocktails at Mundi Mundi, gourmet bbq at the historic Silverton Hotel and bus out and back.

What's not included? – Additional items on the registration form

Please note if you wish to include a partner or guest in any of the social functions, an additional fee will be charged:

  • Welcome Reception – Partners and guests may purchase tickets to the Welcome Reception ($50 each).
  • Conference Dinner – Additional tickets to the Conference Dinner ($110 each).

Single day registrations do not include Welcome Reception or Conference Dinner. We will contact you to confirm your preferred day in due course.

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due.

Name badge

Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration on site at the Conference. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the Conference to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Manager expects appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Group Registration

We are unable to offer group registration. If you wish to register a group please contact us on (02) 9206 2094 or by email.

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa.

Cheque

All payments by cheque incur a A$10.00 processing fee and will only be accepted up until 13 September 2016. If you would like to pay by cheque please contact us before completing the form on (02) 9206 2094 or by email.

After 13 September 2016 all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details.

Cancellations and timelines

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager.

Registration cancellation fees: Before 13 August 2016 there will be an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations before 13 September 2016 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations on or after 13 September 2016 will receive no refund.

Accommodation: If booking through this site then accommodation must be paid in full at the time of booking. Before 13 August 2016 there will be an A$200.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations before 13 September 2016 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Cancellations on or after 13 September 2016 will receive no refund.

Social: Cancellations on or after 13 September 2016 will receive no refund.

This information is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Manager will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

Recordings / Copyright

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.

Details as given in the registration form (and any subsequent amendment) will be included in the Delegate List produced for the Conference which will be supplied to organising bodies, Sponsors, Exhibitors and all participants attending the Conference
